BIC Construction, LLC is a Parker, CO–based basement renovation company founded in 2004 by Scott Schwegel. With a background in both manufacturing and construction, Scott developed a strong understanding of efficient scheduling, streamlined processes, and quality-driven production. He began his career as a general contractor handling a wide range of construction projects.

The turning point came after his mother paid $50,000 to finish an 800-square-foot basement with a small bathroom and open layout—only to receive subpar workmanship. Seeing the high cost and poor quality firsthand, Scott knew he could deliver better results at a more reasonable price. He quickly discovered a passion for basement finishing and chose to specialize exclusively in basement renovations in Parker, Colorado.
