Bistro Cobojo is the new meeting place in BucerÃas. A place where you can find exquisite traditional Mexican dishes with a renewed vision, a warm and friendly atmosphere, delicious drinks, and with its own bakery you will also find a variety of fresh breads and homemade pastries. Joey Tremblay and Cory Beaujot, owners of Villa Cobojo and visionaries of Bistro Cobojo, sought to create with this project a meeting place for the community with a friendly atmosphere that would promote coexistence between locals and visitors.
