FLOWGA is Hong Kong’s first beat-bumpin’, candlelit yoga studio that uses state-of-the-art infrared technology for heating (35 to 40°C). We are a community-focused hot yoga studio tucked away in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong. Our practice is motivated by beats and taught by passionate teachers who will make you work hard and sweat.
