James Lee Jr., MD

Dr. James M. Lee, Jr., MD is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon at Modern Orthopedics NJ who is dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered care focused on restoring mobility, function, and quality of life. He completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University before earning his Doctor of Medicine from Temple University, followed by an orthopedic surgery residency at Rutgers University and advanced fellowship training in sports medicine at Georgetown University/Nirschl Orthopaedic Center. With extensive experience in treating sports-related injuries and complex orthopedic conditions, including his previous role as Director of Sports Medicine at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Dr. Lee is known for his innovative, evidence-based approach to care.
