Royal Morgan Fund Management Co. Limited (Royal Morgan) is the overseas investment platform of the GOLDIAN Group. Licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to carry on Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities, the company is based in Hong Kong and engages in both domestic and international asset management, as well as family office services.

We serve as the family office of the GOLDIAN Group, and we also provide financial services to other investors, including deal origination, financial advisory, and asset management, with the goal of achieving mid- to long-term capital appreciation. Our work is guided by a philosophy GOLDIAN calls humanistic finance: prudent, professional, and centred on the people whose capital and futures are in our care.

Royal Morgan primarily sources, invests in, and advises on mid-to-late-stage private equity opportunities, backing high-growth market leaders in the new economy in Mainland China. Our business engine spans private equity, public funds, fixed income, commodities, foreign exchange, and alternative investments.

The company first received its SFC licences in September 2017, when it operated as Royal Fund Management Co., Limited, and was subsequently renamed Royal Morgan Fund Management Co. Limited. As we grow our assets under management, our ambition is to become a leading multi-family office in Hong Kong.
