Every therapist has 750+ hours of certified training and a working knowledge of anatomy, so sessions are built around your specific pain instead of a set routine. Choose 60 or 90 minutes; we spend the first few talking through what's going on.
We also offer sports massage for athletes in training or recovery, Swedish integrated massage when you need a reset, and on-site chair massage for corporate events and festivals across the Sacramento area.
