Susan's therapeutic framework is eclectic and evidence-informed, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Grief Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
