Dr Allan Fong is an esteemed ophthalmologist in Singapore with more than 25 years of experience in public medical service, and has received his 20 year Long Service Award at the Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC). He left the SNEC to set up Angel Eye & Cataract Centre in July 2024 after completing 9 years of dedicated service as the Head of the Cataract & Comprehensive Ophthalmology Department.

Helmed by Dr Allan Fong, Angel Eye & Cataract Centre takes a patient-first approach to providing personalised eye care and cataract surgery services.

We specialise in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of eye conditions, with a particular focus on advanced cataract surgery, refractive surgery like LASIK and SMILE, and the management of corneal infections and dry eye syndrome.
