At BodySense our massage treatments will help your body and mind feel free and clear of all worries and stressors that life places upon us.

Here at Bodysense we enjoy being able to help people with sore muscles, body mechanics that are not working correctly, emotional and mental stress on the body as well general remedial massage. Our therapists specialize in deep tissue, pregnancy, trigger point therapy, relaxation, hot rocks, TMJ and Lymphatic Drainage. We love to give our clients the results they need to have a good quality of life as no one likes to be living in constant pain!

 

I myself, have worked in a number of well-respected practices throughout Christchurch but have decided to take the next step in my future by opening up my own studio in Harris Crescent, Papanui. I also work closely with a chiropractor Caleb Ruthven (Papanui Chiropractic) on Gambian St, between us both I’m pretty sure we can sort most people out.
