CCLC, formerly The Chevy Chase Land Company, is a privately held real estate investment and asset management firm headquartered in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Weve been around for over 135 years and have been instrumental in shaping the skyline of the DC metro area.

Historically landowners and developers, CCLC has contributed over 10 million SF of transformative office, retail, and residential to the local market. Over recent years our capabilities have expanded to include investments, acquisitions, management, and disposition, thanks to an executive team with over 150 collective years of experience.

A few notable assets in our portfolio today include 2 Bethesda Metro, a Class A office building in downtown Bethesda steps from Bethesda Row; The Collection, an almost 400,000 SF mixed-use office and retail development in Chevy Chase; and Chevy Chase Lake, a mixed-use residential and retail community in partnership with Bozzuto.
