Our recovery suite gives athletes access to professional-grade modalities including ice baths, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, heated magnesium spa, red light therapy, compression boots, vibration platform, and gravity inversion therapy the full spectrum of modern sports recovery under one roof.
Unlike single-modality recovery options, Nomadic is built around the science of stacked recovery running modalities in sequence so each one primes the physiological environment for the next. Sessions are unlimited no clock counting down. Guided breathwork is included to prime your nervous system before cold exposure. Towel, shorts and thongs hire included.
